The ASIS Omaha Heartland Chapter annually hosts the Law Enforcement and Security Awards Luncheon, which recognizes outstanding Law Enforcement and Security professionals in the area. The recipients are nominated by their peers for going beyond the call of duty. The nominations are reviewed and the officers chosen to be honored at this luncheon are role models in our community.  They exemplify professionalism, and have fostered relations between law enforcement, the community, and private security professionals.
